1. Reservation and payment
Reservation with us after filling in the form and payment deposit of the total excursion cost is required at the time of booking. The Terms and Conditions below form the basis of the contractual relationship between Shore Excursions Bangkok and its clients. It is extremely important that our clients understand and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as their quotations, itineraries and other relevant communication from our travel advisors.
2. Methods of Payment
Advance booking payment should be made when booking an online tour and paying a Visa or Mastercard credit card or Paypal payment gate.

We connect with payment system to accept online card payment . All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system.
To make the payment, you will input the following card information:

3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation by passengers:
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your shore excursions in Bangkok; however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Shore Excursions Bangkok (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
More than 14 days prior to trip departure. No charge; however cost of transfer money of the deposit is non-refundable. The rest of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation received from 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the deposit price + transfers fee.
Cancellation received from 7 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the excursion price payment and no refundable
No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the excursion full price.
Cancellation by cruises (In case ship can’t dock/technical problem or other reasons by cruises):
In case the ship is unable to dock at ports or tender can’t discharge passengers, we will refund you total cost of tour (exclude banking transfer costs). The most important in that situation inform us minimum 1 day in advance. If cancelation on last minute ( less than 24 hours ) when cruises can’t arrive to port we will to minimize the cancellation charge since we have arranged/sent them to the port to welcome you. We will advise you in specific details if this is case and get back to you with the refund amount at our soonest possible.
4. Travel Documentation
All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Shore Excursions accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
5. Health Requirements
Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited.
6. Luggage Allowance
Passengers of our group tours can take with them a small handbag, such as a lady's handbag, a small bag, a small backpack, a maximum cabin bag. In the case of private tours it is possible to take a maximum of one cabin bag per person. In case of too much luggage, if it is not possible to take in the car the customer will have to bear the additional cost of delivering such a luggage on their own.
Shore Excursions Bangkok excursions not include any Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance and all insurance are not part of our package or customize or excursion. We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from you country of origin.
8. Complaints and Claims
On the end our tours guides asking every person write short review on paper. Its very important information for us how you feel with our tour and service. Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Shore Excursions Bangkok has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your excursion.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email within 14 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Shore Excursions Bangkok will not be liable for any claims made later than 14 days after the completion of your excursions. We will replay for any emails within 48 hours.
10. Liability & Responsibility
Shore Excursions Bangkok provides shore excursions information and shore tour bookings. Shore Excursions Bangkok publishes travel information and services . Shore Excursions Bangkok will be responsible for errors, emissions or inaccuracies in information after check offer and terms & conditions.
Shore Excursions Bangkok shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Shore Excursions Bangkok control. Neither Shore Excursions nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes
Shore Excursions Bangkok is not responsible for a client’s failure to comply with customs regulations.
Shore Excursions Bangkok is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer’s valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.
Many of Shore Excursions Bangkok day trips or tours include activities which require care and attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, traffic jam, etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Shore Excursions Bangkok, cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after it.
Shore Excursions Bangkok reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
11. Modification or Discontinuance of Service
Shore Excursions Bangkok reserves the right to modify or discontinue service to clients who behave illegally or objectionably toward its employees and agents. Offensive behavior includes behavior which is obscene, racially offensive or of a sexual nature.
